The dragons are being returned to World of Warcraft.World of Warcraft devs announced Dragonflight, the game's ninth expansion in eighteen years, in an epic livestream.
The return of the Dragon Aspects, the wizard defenders of Azeroth who vanished after the events of the Cataclysm twelve years ago, can be targeted by Dragonflight. Players can go to the exotic and hitherto unknown Dragon Isles to explore five zones, each themed after one of the five dragon aspects. Dracthyr Evokers, a race of draconic humanoids (like the Worgen from Wrath of the Lich King) with ranged injury and healing powers connected with the Dragon Aspects, will be added to Dragonflight as well. Unlike the Worgen, however, Dracthyr will only be the Evoker category, and the Evoker category is a race that is race latched to the Dracthyr.

Dragonflight is expected to offer a slew of changes, including a redesigned talent system (again! ), redesigned crafting, and the game's first UI makeover in eighteen years.
In terms of crafting, it appears that World of Warcraft is taking cues from the critically acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV. Professionals can both introduce a new quality scoring system and acquire a frantic inventory slot. Players with the appropriate raw materials but not the appropriate crafting profession to form them will be able to take use of a new method to produce gear. The work order system can take the place of the tried-and-true trade conversation custom of /yelling.
Rather than cluttering the chat with requests for crafters to build a desired weapon or piece of armour, Dragonflight might design a completely new interface where players may post what they need created as well as the materials needed to create it for crafters to chose and select at their leisure.
In addition to any and all of the new game modifications and updates, Dragonflight will also introduce a whole new dragon riding activity with customisable dragon mounts. There's no word on whether or not there will be dragon athletics, but I'm quite sure there will.

WoW Classic gamers also received some information in the news that Wrath of the Lich King will be available to subscribers soon. Wrath of the Lich King, which was released in 2008, is one of the most popular and well-received WoW expansions in the game's history.
Blizzard appears to be increasing up its communications about what's going on with all of the games in its development pipeline, similar to how it did with Overwatch a couple weeks, but there's still no word on Diablo IV or Immortal. There is no release date for either Dragonflight or Lich King Classic.
